An excavator was used for this purpose, which resulted in the cargo becoming mixed once again. As a result of the overturn, the height of the pile was reduced by approximately half. However, despite a thorough inspection, no significant fuel accumulation was detected. Therefore, the terminal made the decision to re-cover the cargo with protective nets.
