经调查投诉旅客航班落地时间1505航班组织下客后1539中联旅服登机口服务员为这3名旅客登记提取行李信息并告知其前往行查等待提取行李因该航班还存在其他终止行程需提取行李的旅客同时包含了未在登机口登记提取行李信息的部分旅客因此需这部分旅客前往值机柜台办理投诉旅客误以为他们也需要前往于是一同前往了值机柜台。在1703航班G54064航班终止行程旅客的行李传出其中包含刘奇旅客的行李。
