Due to the ongoing transfer of oil from tank No. 2S to tank No. 3P, the bunker sounding operation could not be conducted. This morning, both Mr. Chenlixin, the surveyor representing the charterer, and Mr. Feng Chao, the surveyor representing the terminal, attended the vessel. Once the transfer operation is finished, all parties involved will conduct a joint survey to determine the remaining amount of bunker oil on board. The precise quantity of leaked oil will be determined after the joint survey.
