2. Scope Applicable to job preparation before production of company products.

3. Responsibilities 3.1 The Quality Department is responsible for developing the relevant content of the verification record form. 3.2 Workshop team leaders are responsible for completing the "Job Preparation Verification Record".

4. Procedures and Requirements 4.1 Job preparation verification must be conducted and recorded in the "Job Preparation Verification Record" in the following situations: initial operation of the job, material change, job modification, extended downtime during operation, and product production/processing change. If the verification results do not meet the production requirements, the relevant production workshop shall handle it. 4.2 For each shift, after adjusting the tools and equipment, the first piece of product produced shall undergo first article inspection in accordance with the "Product Monitoring and Measurement Control Procedure". Non-conforming products resulting from job preparation shall be handled according to the "Non-conforming Product Control Procedure". 4.3 For new products or process changes, PPAP and production confirmation tests shall be carried out after trial production, following the requirements of APQP and PPAP. 4.4 Each job preparation verification must be diligently completed by the verifier and recorded in the "Job Preparation Verification Record", which shall be kept by the production department.
