Based on the inevitability of the new financial and economic education reform, we have reflected on and analyzed the current situation of cultivating versatile financial and economic talents, and found three problems: insufficient awareness of reform in the new financial and economic field, inadequate integration conditions, and imperfect practical methods. We should improve and enhance it from three aspects: the "universalization" of the new financial and economic awareness, continuous deepening of teaching reform, and the establishment of a government-school-enterprise collaborative model, in order to provide ideological, foundational, and platform support for cultivating versatile financial and economic talents
