A Humbling Honor: Reflections on Receiving the ESPEN Award

Thank you, Christina, for that incredibly kind introduction. I find myself wishing my parents were here today to share this moment. My father, I believe, would be filled with pride, and my mother... well, she may have even believed it.

Receiving this honor from ESPEN is truly humbling, and I sincerely hope my work and contributions do justice to its significance. I am deeply grateful for this recognition and excited to continue my work in this field.
