After reading "The Fisherman and His Soul" by British author Oscar Wilde, I couldn't help but reflect on some of the scenes and gain some inspiration. The story tells of a fisherman who falls in love with a beautiful mermaid he catches while fishing in the sea. However, his soul constantly prevents him from loving her, so he drives his soul away. His soul then travels to many kingdoms and returns to tell him many things, until one event touches his heart and he allows his soul back into his body. In the end, he sees the corpse of the mermaid and dies himself.

Closing this book, I couldn't help but think of some of the scenes and gained some inspiration. We only have one life, but there are many possible destinies. They are in our own hands, and we should cherish our lives. I believe that many of us lack ideals. Although some people have a lot of money, they cannot buy back time. Let us seize the time in our hands and make the world a better place
