To address the challenges of poor reaction activity, difficulty in high-value disposal, and low comprehensive utilization of coal-based solid waste such as gasification ash, fly ash, and coal gangue, this project proposes a new method of micro-scale chemical and acoustic synergistic enhancement for the high-value utilization of coal-based solid waste resources. By constructing a microchannel continuous flow reactor, a micro-scale efficient mixed chemical process for coal-based solid waste is developed to improve the efficiency of activation reactions. By integrating ultrasound transducer components, the multi-phase flow and energy transfer characteristics inside the microchannel are regulated to achieve high-value disposal of coal-based solid waste through the coupling of multiple physical fields. The ultrasonic microchemical production system is used to achieve the cascading transformation of silicon, aluminum, calcium, iron, and carbon resources, and to improve the comprehensive utilization of coal-based solid waste. This project will focus on the research of microchannel chemical reactor continuous flow and ultrasound transducer-assisted enhancement to promote the high-value utilization of coal-based solid waste resources. Different types of coal-based solid waste will be studied to clarify the decomposition and reconstruction mechanism of the chemical network structure of silicon, aluminum, calcium, iron, and carbon, reveal the evolution law of waste component structure under multiple physical field conditions and its impact on material properties, and clarify the structure-performance relationship of the products, providing technical support and theoretical basis for the high-value, large-scale, and clean utilization of coal-based solid waste resources
