Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to drive brand awareness and increase customer acquisition
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities for growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, and events
Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including website, social media platforms, and email marketing
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and constantly seek new innovative marketing approaches
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail
