During my internship, my main responsibility was to organize hot events for several popular clothing brands. Specifically, I collected and analyzed relevant information about these brands from various social media platforms, including new product releases, promotional activities, brand collaborations, etc. I organized this information into Excel spreadsheets and created corresponding PowerPoint presentations as needed, for internal reference and decision-making within the company.

In the process of organizing Excel spreadsheets, I learned many essential Excel functions for the workplace, such as VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, etc. These functions helped me efficiently handle large amounts of data and extract the information I needed. Through continuous trial and error and practice, I gradually mastered the techniques of using these functions and could flexibly apply them in my actual work.

At the same time, in the process of creating PowerPoint presentations, I also learned some basic techniques for verbal descriptions in presentations. By reading relevant career development books and observing excellent presenters, I learned how to express my viewpoints concisely and clearly, how to enhance the presentation with charts and images, and how to control the pace and timing of the presentation. These techniques have greatly helped me improve my communication and presentation skills.

I had the opportunity to intern at Beijing Qingbo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., aiming to enhance my working abilities in the social media insights department. This internship was a valuable opportunity for me to gain in-depth understanding and practical experience in organizing hot events for popular clothing brands.

During this internship, my main responsibility was to research and analyze the performance and trends of popular clothing brands on social media. By conducting keyword searches and data analysis, I could extract valuable information and write analytical reports based on the requirements. This work allowed me to gain a better understanding of different brands' market strategies and consumer preferences, and enhanced my market insights.

Furthermore, I utilized this internship opportunity to learn and master essential Excel functions for the workplace. I frequently used Excel spreadsheets for data processing and analysis. By using various functions and formulas, I could quickly and accurately organize and summarize large amounts of data.
