Molecular identification

The PG-9 strain was purified multiple times and PCR amplification was performed using 16S rRNA gene primers with bacterial genomic DNA as the template. After electrophoresis and recovery of the PCR products, molecular identification was conducted by Beijing Liuhe Huada Gene Co., Ltd. A sequence of 1399 bp in length was obtained. Sequencing analysis and comparison with the GenBank database revealed a similarity of 99.93% (MK883134.1) between PG-9 and Pseudomonas gessardii. Further analysis using the sequencing results to construct a phylogenetic tree (Figure 3) showed that the PG-9 strain clustered with P. gessardii. Combined with morphological identification, it was confirmed that the strain was P. gessardii with the GenBank accession number OP236515
