The area in front of you is the 'Smart Sharing Space' that we have created through innovative and adaptive means. It aims to optimize and integrate the venue to create an innovative and empowering environment for cadres and employees, truly embodying the concept of 'training creates value, learning achieves the future'. The 'Smart Sharing Space' is divided into three functional areas, which implement and establish a 'learning-oriented' organizational structure within the company. By creating an innovative and empowering environment for employees, the focus of training is shifted. The goal is to make employees the owners of the classroom, experts in problem-solving, and creators of value. Through various methods and approaches, we aim to build platforms that fully leverage the value of human resources and contribute to the enhancement of the company's talent pool.

The area you are currently in is the 'Salon Activity Area,' where various activities such as themed salons, youth lectures, shared classrooms, cultural events, expert interviews, consulting projects conducted by the company's consultants, and problem-solving activities are organized.

The middle area is the 'Action Learning Area,' which introduces scientific training concepts and enriches flexible training organization methods through action-based learning, case deconstruction, team collaboration, brainstorming, role-playing, scenario simulations, game interactions, and other activities. By innovating training methods and effectively linking 'training objectives, training content, trainees, and learning outcomes,' we stimulate the brain algorithms of 'knowledge transfer and new knowledge iteration,' promote knowledge exchange between teachers and students, enliven the training classrooms, encourage active participation from students, and transform the training organization to upgrade employee cognition and thinking patterns. This space ignites employee intelligence and activates new shared dynamics.

We hope that when cadres and employees enter this space, they will feel relaxed and joyful in their body and mind, and their brain will be clear and active. By perceiving through visual senses, physical and mental experiences, and cognitive dimensions at three levels, we truly achieve the goal of 'students coming with questions and leaving with solutions and ideas'. This effectively enhances the training effect and empowers employees to improve their capabilities. Here, students can truly experience the value and sense of achievement of personal intelligence and collaborative creation. At the same time, this space provides an environment and atmosphere for the two teams of company consultants and internal trainers to conduct project consultations, research topics, teaching practices, and course discussions. It also provides resources and support for both software and hardware.

At the forefront is the 'Online Learning Area.' The digital training classroom is equipped with a smart screen, allowing direct connection to various training activities organized by the group's digital training classrooms. It enables live training, online interaction, online conferences, and other functions. The management end can handle the entire process, from registration, QR code check-in, course evaluation, examination completion, to big data analysis. This aids the digital transformation of the company's training efforts. At the same time, it provides a space and means for consultants and trainers to showcase projects and create courseware, accumulate experience, and solidify results, empowering both instructors and employees to grow together.

Next, please follow me to the 'Multimedia Classroom'. The classroom you see is equipped with a classroom host that synchronously manages a classroom management system for 60 student terminals. It enables one-click startup, multi-screen demonstrations, online exams, grading, whiteboard recording, student group discussions, competition quizzes, and exam monitoring. It can also run the online live broadcast function of the 'Shared e-Learning' digital management platform and install commonly used software systems for finance, human resources, and other business needs. It facilitates practical operation on the business platform, and the desktop is equipped with removable anti-cheating partitions, headphones, and cameras for continuous monitoring. This classroom can organize various professional title exams, foreign language exams, knowledge competitions, and other events. The current configuration of the classroom meets the requirements of the group company for professional title exams, foreign languages, and other professional examination venues. The multimedia classroom has maximized its value by serving multiple purposes. It can conduct multimedia teaching on a regular basis, provide online live broadcast training, and serve as an examination venue for professional exams.
