On the spot, we requested the consignee to unfreeze the normal cargo, the air-dried cargo, and the red-headed cargoes separately. We also observed that the air-dried cargo appeared white in color. Based on our spot survey, we observed frost on the surface of the cargoes. Additionally, we noticed that the skin of some of the cargoes was dry, and red heads were found in cartons.
