Genome-Wide Identification and Analysis of Putative GSK3 Genes in Soybean
We analyzed putative GSK3 genes in the soybean genome to understand their potential roles in various biological processes. GSK3 (Glycogen Synthase Kinase 3) is a family of serine/threonine kinases known to regulate diverse cellular functions in eukaryotes, including growth, development, and stress responses. Using bioinformatics tools and databases, we identified and characterized putative GSK3 genes in the soybean genome. Our analysis provides a foundation for further investigation into the specific functions of these genes in soybean.
