Firstly, I am pleased to inform you that the bid document has been sent out. We have invited three vendors to participate in this bidding process. The vendors are Tag, Array, and Diam. All bids were submitted through Ariba eRFQ.

The deadline for vendors to submit their bids is September 20th. After that, we will begin the evaluation process to determine the selected vendor and the pricing. We anticipate completing the evaluation by the week of September 25th.
