In order to improve the living conditions of our employees and retain high-tech talents, it has been recognized that the existing employee dormitory facilities are inadequate. As such, it has been suggested that we explore the possibility of leasing additional housing units to accommodate some of our highly educated and skilled employees who reside outside the local area.

After careful consideration and discussion, it has been agreed upon by all parties present that we will actively seek out suitable rental properties to be used as employee housing. By doing so, we hope to provide our employees with a more comfortable living environment and attract and retain top talent in our industry
