Deformed Steel Coil Found in No.2 Cargo Hold - Loading Recommendation

During the inspection of the No.2 cargo hold, we discovered a deformed steel coil at the bottom of a row of coils. This particular coil had been loaded with three tiers, and we recommend that future loading configurations do not exceed this limit. We promptly informed the captain and chief officer, and suggested that the damaged coil be removed and placed on the top layer. However, the port captain did not agree due to potential scheduling conflicts. Therefore, we strongly advise against loading any additional cargo on top of this particular steel coil in any other cargo hold.
