HPLC Separation of Strongly Polar Flavans Using ODS Hypersil and Reversed Phase Columns
Strongly polar flavans are also separated by HPLC on ODS hypersil (5μm) column using elution with 35% methanol in 5% formic acid as well as on reversed phase columns using methanol-water (4:1,7:3) as solvent.
