- Performance Check (1) Completion of Target Values As of July 2021, the load in Xiawan Village, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City has continued to increase. Nearby lines are already overloaded, and the original transformer box noise has reached 79 decibels during the day and 68 decibels at night, causing disturbance to nearby residents. Xiangzhou Power Supply Bureau upgraded and transformed the 220kV Gongbei Station 10kV Juxin II feeder line group, located in the urban village on the Pao Tai Shan side of Gongbei Xiawan, and installed a combination distribution room noise reduction system, which was put into operation on July 31, 2021. From August 1 to September 19, a small group was arranged to measure the noise decibels at a distance of 3 meters from the distribution room door, with a total of 50 measurements taken during the day and night. The results are summarized in Table 7-1 and Table 7-2, and the comparison with the target values after the activity is shown in Figure 7-1
