Forrest Gump

Forrest Gump is a 1994 American comedy-drama film directed by Robert Zemeckis and starring Tom Hanks, Robin Wright, and Gary Sinise. The film follows the life of Forrest Gump, a simple man with a low IQ who, despite facing many challenges, manages to accomplish great things and become a hero for those around him.

The story is told through a series of flashbacks as Forrest tells his life story to strangers while waiting for a bus. The film was a critical and commercial success, winning six Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Actor for Tom Hanks. It is often cited as one of the greatest films ever made and has become a cultural icon, with many of its quotes and scenes becoming widely recognizable
