摘要:本文根据单因素正交设计法,针对石韦多酚的提取工艺进行优化,并探究超声波辅助提取的创新实验方案。结果表明,最优提取条件为酒精浓度为70%、提取温度为60℃、提取时间为2.5 h、料液比为1:20。在此基础上,通过超声波辅助提取,提取率进一步提高,且提取时间缩短至1 h。本研究为石韦多酚的高效提取提供了有效方法和实验依据。

Abstract:Based on the single factor orthogonal design method, this paper optimizes the extraction process of stone wisteria polyphenols, and explores the innovative experimental scheme of ultrasound-assisted extraction. The results show that the optimal extraction conditions are 70% alcohol concentration, 60℃ extraction temperature, 2.5 h extraction time, and material-liquid ratio of 1:20. On this basis, the extraction rate is further improved through ultrasound-assisted extraction, and the extraction time is shortened to 1 h. This study provides an effective method and experimental basis for the efficient extraction of stone wisteria polyphenols.
