This paper proposes a novel approach to debris removal by utilizing a single transfer vehicle instead of relying on a single vehicle to perform the task, as was done in the past. This approach is based on the fact that multiple satellites in a satellite constellation configuration can simultaneously release the vehicle with a capturing mechanism to perform the debris removal task. To minimize fuel consumption, we utilized the DBSACN clustering algorithm to classify the initially selected debris based on their distribution density. The Hungarian algorithm was then used for task assignment, selecting the most suitable spacecraft to carry out the continuous debris removal task. Compared to previous approaches, our method enables a quick reduction in debris density in the targeted area, while also ensuring the safety of spacecraft in orbit
