The selection and removal sequence of debris objects is achieved through the use of a single transfer spacecraft for one-to-many debris removal tasks, utilizing fuel consumption as an indicator. To classify the selected space debris group and reduce the density of debris distribution, the DBSCAN clustering algorithm is employed. The Hungarian algorithm is then utilized to assign tasks and release spacecraft for continuous debris removal under specific satellites in orbit. This approach is a significant improvement over previous methods, as it can quickly reduce the density of debris distribution in the corresponding area, ensuring the safety of spacecraft in orbit
