"On July 10, 2023, the relevant personnel from the Technical Department and Quality Department were organized to study Q/JUX-CX-2020 'Program Files' and Q/JUX-CX-7501-2020 'Document and Record Control Procedure'. The participants were assessed through questioning, examination, and discussion to enhance their understanding of the responsibilities of different departments regarding document and record control, as well as the requirements for '4.5 Document Modification and Version Change'. The technicians realized the significance of compiling process document versions according to the requirements of the program files for unified standard management of technical documents within the company.
