5月11日生产车间参观：计量设备有效期与数据透明度调查

On May 11th, the consignee took us on a tour of the production workshop and introduced us to the general production and measurement processes. We noticed that the data from the funnel scale and some flow meters were displayed directly in the workshop control room. However, statistical data was not displayed next to the machines. At the same time, the consignee refused to show us this data on site. We were also not allowed to enter the power distribution room or boiler room to check the meters.

However, during the inspection, we found that the label on the funnel scale used for degumming oil measurement showed that its validity period was until February 11th, 2014. The consignee said that some measuring instruments may have expired, but they regularly calibrate these instruments.

Since the consignee prohibited us from bringing electronic devices into the workshop, we were unable to take photos or record the situation inside.

Later, we also went to the soybean meal warehouse for a survey. We noticed that soybean meal was directly poured into woven bags, which were divided into two specifications based on weight, 50kg per bag and 70kg per bag. The bags were printed with the brand, quality information, and production date of the soybean meal. According to the information on the bags, the moisture content of the soybean meal was less than or equal to 13%, and the protein solubility was greater than or equal to 73%.
