Comparison of Utility Values and Correlation Between QLU-C10D and EQ-5D-5L in Cancer Patients

First, we calculated the utility values of QLU-C10D and EQ-5D-5L using a Chinese-constructed utility scoring system across three datasets and compared them. Using data from the first measurement, we evaluated the ceiling and floor effects of both scales. A scatter plot was used to visualize the correlation between QLU-C10D and EQ-5D-5L in the first dataset. Additionally, Spearman's correlation was employed to compare the correlation between C10D and 5L. Although C10D is a cancer-specific scale, both C10D and 5L are used to evaluate HRQoL, and some dimensions overlap, suggesting a high level of consistency.
