Upon observing that the majority of defects originated from the SSR channel, SQ is seeking assistance from the NSR SSR team to examine the SSR Seller recruiting channels. The objective is to introduce measures that will establish higher standards and effectively identify and eliminate problematic individuals. These initiatives involve defining explicit criteria and expectations for SSR Sellers upon joining, enhancing the registration process by mandating the submission of pertinent business and product certifications, and delivering specialized training to Sellers who registered via SSR channels.
