Xiamen Jinlu has recently launched a new line of grinding-grade threading inserts with high dimensional accuracy and a wide range of thread types. These inserts, such as GM3225 and GM3215, are suitable for precision threading operations on various materials such as steel, stainless steel, and high-temperature alloys. They are widely used in industries such as oil and gas, aerospace, automotive, mechanical transmission, and food and fire safety.

For the machining of a rotor on a machine tool, using 40Cr material, Xiamen Jinlu's 16ER3.0TR threading inserts, paired with GM3225, achieve the required dimensional accuracy and surface quality. With cutting parameters of Vc=100m/min and f=3mm/r, each cutting edge of the Jinlu threading inserts has an average lifespan of 23 workpieces, outperforming the competition which only averages 19 workpieces.

For the machining of a drill rod joint, using 37CrMnMo material, Xiamen Jinlu's 22ER4API382 threading inserts, paired with GM3215, meet the required dimensional accuracy and surface quality for API threads. With cutting parameters of Vc=135m/min and f=6.35mm/r, each cutting edge of the Jinlu threading inserts has an average lifespan of 21 workpieces, surpassing the competition which only averages 18 workpieces
