My weaknesses are getting nervous when communicating with unfamiliar people and occasionally being not diligent enough. I tend to be hesitant when making decisions, but I am consciously working on overcoming this by considering the consequences and whether I can handle them if things go wrong. If I can, I will bravely give it a try.
