The low-background gamma energy spectrum activity standard device consists of an anti-Compton low-background gamma spectrometer and an anti-cosmic ray low-background gamma spectrometer. It is mainly used for isotope analysis and activity measurement of ultra-low-level gamma radioactive samples. The first anti-cosmic ray low-background gamma spectrometer in China adopts combined methods such as material shielding, anti-coincidence (plastic scintillation detector), and thermal neutron shielding, which significantly reduces the background generated by the laboratory environment and cosmic rays. It effectively suppresses the background caused by fast neutrons' non-elastic scattering with germanium crystals and shielding materials, greatly expanding the detection limit of the low-background gamma spectrometer, reaching the highest level of international similar ground spectrometers, and winning the second prize of national defense scientific and technological progress. The main technical indicators are: high-purity germanium detector relative detection efficiency of 105%, 50keV to 2000keV integral background of 0.1s-1. It plays an important role in basic scientific research, nuclear fuel cycle, nuclear facility operation monitoring, environmental protection, and has participated in IAEA-related capability verification activities with a data pass rate of 100%
