摘要： 粤港澳大湾区是中国经济发展的重要引擎，也是一个充满活力和机遇的地区。随着互联网和社交媒体的快速发展，人们越来越多地使用音视频内容进行信息传播和交流。因此，对粤港澳大湾区的音视频上下文情感进行分析和研究具有重要意义。本论文旨在构建一个粤港澳大湾区音视频上下文情感数据集，并利用该数据集进行情感分析。

首先，本论文介绍了粤港澳大湾区的背景和意义，分析了目前关于情感分析的研究现状，并总结了已有的相关数据集。然后，本论文提出了构建粤港澳大湾区音视频上下文情感数据集的方法。具体来说，我们将收集粤港澳大湾区相关的音视频数据，利用文本挖掘和机器学习的方法提取情感特征，并进行情感标注。最后，我们将对构建的数据集进行分析和评估，验证其有效性和可行性。

Abstract: The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is an important engine for China's economic development and a region full of vitality and opportunities. With the rapid development of the Internet and social media, people are increasingly using audio and video content for information dissemination and communication. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze and study the audio and video contextual emotions in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This paper aims to construct a data set of audio and video contextual emotions in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and use this data set for sentiment analysis.

Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, analyzes the current research status of sentiment analysis, and summarizes the existing relevant data sets. Then, this paper proposes a method for constructing a data set of audio and video contextual emotions in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Specifically, we will collect relevant audio and video data from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, extract emotional features using text mining and machine learning methods, and conduct sentiment labeling. Finally, we will analyze and evaluate the constructed data set to verify its effectiveness and feasibility.

The contribution of this paper lies in the construction of a data set of audio and video contextual emotions in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the use of this data set for sentiment analysis. This will provide an important data foundation for sentiment analysis research in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, helping to gain a deeper understanding of the emotional situation and public opinion changes in this region. At the same time, this paper also provides a reference for other related research in terms of data set construction methods and analysis ideas.
