The success of the project was largely attributed to the clear objectives and ongoing communication at each stage. During the initial project kick-off meeting, we formed a project team and defined the objectives for each stage, as well as the responsibilities of each department involved. Over the course of 12 weeks, we carefully selected the appropriate product, submitted the system requirements, developed and executed the pilot plan, and presented it to the regulator for approval. To ensure efficient time management, I created a detailed timetable with estimated time frames for each task. Regular updates and communication among the project team members were crucial in tracking progress. Thanks to these measures, we were able to complete the project ahead of schedule, allowing us to dedicate the extra time to preparing a presentation for the actuarial team. This presentation aimed to enhance their understanding of the process and contribute to the long-term success of the project
