The research background highlights the increasing frequency and severity of landslides worldwide and their adverse impact on infrastructure. The objective of this study is to assess the geotechnical characteristics of the landslide-prone area, evaluate the vulnerability of existing infrastructure, and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate the risks associated with landslides.
