Abstract: This article aims to explore the experience and significance of the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council (VTC) in integrating industry and education. By understanding the history, management model, curriculum design, faculty, and collaboration with enterprises of the VTC, this article analyzes and summarizes a series of characteristics of its integration of industry and education, and discusses its inspiration for vocational education reform and development in mainland China.
