Be the single POC between TSE PQ and AGS to sync with CN biz LTs on goal status blockers and update

As the single point of contact (POC) between TSE PQ (Technical Support Engineering Product Quality) and AGS (Advanced Global Support) teams, my role would be to synchronize with CN (China) business LTs (Leadership Teams) on goal status, blockers, and updates. Here's how I would fulfill this role:

1. Goal Status:

   • Regularly communicate with TSE PQ and AGS teams to understand their respective goals and objectives.
   • Gather updates on the progress made towards these goals.
   • Consolidate the information and prepare a concise report to share with the CN business LTs.
   • Ensure that the report highlights any key achievements, challenges, or areas requiring additional attention.

2. Blockers:

   • Establish open lines of communication with both TSE PQ and AGS teams to identify any blockers or obstacles preventing them from achieving their goals.
   • Facilitate discussions between the teams to understand the nature of the blockers and potential solutions.
   • Collaborate with the CN business LTs to address or escalate these blockers, ensuring they receive the necessary attention and support.

3. Updates:

   • Regularly interact with TSE PQ and AGS teams to stay informed about any updates, changes, or challenges they encounter.
   • Compile these updates into a comprehensive summary that captures the overall status of TSE PQ and AGS initiatives.
   • Share this summary with the CN business LTs, keeping them informed about the progress and any relevant changes.

4. Synchronization:

   • Act as a bridge between TSE PQ, AGS, and CN business LTs, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
   • Schedule regular meetings or sync-ups with all parties involved to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and strategies.
   • Provide a platform for sharing insights, exchanging feedback, and fostering collaboration between the teams.
   • Encourage transparency and open dialogue to address any concerns or discrepancies promptly.

5. Relationship Management:

   • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in TSE PQ, AGS, and CN business LTs.
   • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance overall synergy and productivity.
   • Act as a trusted advisor to the CN business LTs, offering guidance and support based on the insights gathered from TSE PQ and AGS teams.
