I really enjoy handling strategic project implementations. For instance, two years ago, we implemented the FVC project for fixtures in APAC and gradually introduced this concept throughout the entire Asia-Pacific region. Over the years, FVC has brought significant savings to APAC and has also helped RDDC unify the store image. However, I have also felt challenges and confusion. As FVC becomes more established, I have noticed a decrease in my value in this area. Although I am still assisting APAC with the next steps in FVC's business continuity plan (BCP), I feel that the project no longer requires as much of my support. I am seeking your help and advice on this matter
