To disable Network Level Authentication (NLA) on the remote computer, follow these steps:
- On your local computer, open the Remote Desktop Connection application.
- Enter the remote computer's IP address or hostname in the "Computer" field.
- Click on the "Show Options" button to expand the Remote Desktop Connection window.
- Go to the "Local Resources" tab.
- Click on the "More..." button in the "Local devices and resources" section.
- In the "Local Devices and Resources" dialog box, uncheck the checkbox next to "Printers" and click on "OK".
- Go to the "Advanced" tab.
- In the "Connect from anywhere" section, click on the "Settings..." button.
- In the "Remote Desktop Settings" dialog box, uncheck the checkbox next to "Network Level Authentication" and click on "OK".
- Go back to the "General" tab.
