H&M and P&I Pollution Cleaning Expense Allocation

To provide clarity on the expenses to be covered by H&M and P&I, we have distinguished between the cleaning of the ship's hull and other pollution cleaning tasks. The cleaning of the ship's hull was finalized on January 18th at 16:15. Prior to this, the cleaning company simultaneously cleaned both the jetty and the ship's hull. The majority of the workforce focused on the ship's hull cleaning, while the materials were primarily used for environmental cleaning purposes. Therefore, to simplify the calculation, we propose that the pollution cleaning expenses incurred on the 17th and 18th should be evenly split between H&M and P&I. Furthermore, for the pollution caused by the cleaning on the 29th, we also recommend an equal division of the expenses. From the 19th to the 21st, the cleaning activities were solely dedicated to environmental cleaning, and we suggest that these expenses should be covered by P&I.
