Ship Hull Cleaning Expenses: Division Between H&M and P&I

To clarify the expenses to be borne by H&M and P&I, we have differentiated between the cleaning of the ship's hull and other pollution cleaning work. The cleaning of the ship's hull was completed on January 18th at 16:15. Prior to this, the cleaning company simultaneously cleaned the dock and the ship's hull. The manpower focused more on the cleaning of the ship's hull, while the materials focused more on environmental cleaning. Therefore, we suggest that the pollution cleaning expenses incurred on the 17th and 18th should be evenly divided between H&M and P&I. Additionally, for the pollution generated by the cleaning on the 29th, we also suggest that the expenses should be evenly divided. From the 19th to the 21st, it was a separate environmental cleaning, and we suggest that these expenses should be borne by P&I.
