To further improve our operations, we will be implementing brand analysis into our workflow on a regular basis. This will allow us to identify and address any potential defects in our products, ultimately reducing our CCR rate. During our initial analysis, we were able to identify brands with a high risk of defects and take proactive measures to reduce them. Moving forward, we will be implementing three new steps (refer to Appendix xx) to tackle the surge in CCRs.
