Sample Inspection Report: Intact Packaging and Seal at Qingdao Lab

On site, our surveyor inspected the condition and seal of the sample alongside the staff of ITS Qingdao Lab. We found that the packaging bag and seal were intact, without any breaks or tears. The seal number, 4761961, and the sample label remained unchanged. The undersigned surveyor compared the current cargo condition with the photos taken after sampling at Tianjin port and did not observe any noticeable differences. The staff of ITS Qingdao Lab unsealed the sample in the presence of the undersigned surveyor and subsequently sent it to the lab for testing.
