Sample Inspection Report: ITS Qingdao Lab Confirms Intact Condition and Seal

On-site, our surveyor inspected the sample condition and seal alongside the staff of ITS Qingdao Lab. We found that the packaging bag and seal were intact, without any breaks or tears. The seal number, 4761961, and the sample label were unchanged. The undersigned surveyor compared the current cargo condition with the photos taken after sampling at Tianjin port and found no noticeable differences. The staff of ITS Qingdao Lab unsealed the sample in the presence of the undersigned surveyor and subsequently sent it to the lab for testing. The sample was handled and transported in accordance with standard procedures to ensure its integrity and validity. The surveyor will provide a final report upon receipt of the test results from ITS Qingdao Lab.
