Sample Inspection Report: Integrity Confirmed and Sent for Testing

On site, our surveyor inspected the sample condition and seal alongside the staff of ITS Qingdao Lab. They found that the sample bag and seal were intact, without any breaks or tears. The seal number, 4761961, and the sample label were unchanged. The undersigned surveyor compared the current cargo condition with the photos taken after sampling at Tianjin port and found no noticeable differences. The staff of ITS Qingdao Lab unsealed the sample in the presence of the undersigned surveyor and subsequently sent it to the lab for testing.
