工程造价毕业论文中文版

【摘要】随着社会经济的发展和建筑业的不断壮大，工程造价的重要性日益凸显。本文主要围绕工程造价管理的现状和存在问题展开研究，从工程造价的概念入手，分析了工程造价的组成要素和工程造价管理的主要内容。随后，对当前工程造价管理中存在的问题进行剖析，并提出相应的解决方案，包括加强工程造价管理的法律法规制度建设、完善工程造价管理的流程体系、加强工程造价管理的人才培养和科技创新等。最后，以某工程为例进行实证分析，验证了本文提出的解决方案的可行性和实用性。

【Abstract】With the development of social economy and the continuous growth of the construction industry, the importance of engineering cost has been increasingly prominent. This paper mainly focuses on the current situation and problems of engineering cost management, starting from the concept of engineering cost, analyzing the component elements of engineering cost and the main contents of engineering cost management. Subsequently, the problems existing in the current engineering cost management are analyzed, and corresponding solutions are proposed, including strengthening the construction of legal and regulatory system for engineering cost management, improving the process system of engineering cost management, strengthening the training of engineering cost management talents and promoting technological innovation, etc. Finally, an empirical analysis is conducted on a certain project to verify the feasibility and practicality of the solutions proposed in this paper.
