Gillian and I have already agreed on the storyline for section 4. We plan to shift the tone to focus on achieving a faster resolution to fix loopholes. To kick off this section, we will conduct a Q1 Seller Survey to identify the top two pain points, namely INF and RP. We will provide brief updates on these issues and then focus on our current dissatisfaction with them. Furthermore, we will highlight our EMP goal, which is to reduce AE, in order to support AM on faster issue resolution. This goal can be linked back to the overall theme of this section
