Inquiry Regarding Offer Conditions - [Your Name] - City University of Hong Kong

Dear Graduate Admissions Committee,

I am writing to inquire about the offer conditions listed on my Offer letter. I noticed that it states that I must provide proof of completion of my studies at Fraser International College (FIC). However, I believe there may be an error in this condition.

To provide some background, I attended FIC from September 18, 2017, to April 17, 2020. Following this, I transferred to Simon Fraser University to continue my undergraduate studies and ultimately received my degree from SFU. As a result, I did not complete my studies at FIC and therefore would not be eligible for a degree from FIC.

I would greatly appreciate any clarification on this matter. Please let me know if there are any additional steps I need to take to confirm my eligibility for admission.
