摘要：As the complexity of enterprise information systems increases, the importance of system operation and maintenance management becomes more apparent. In this paper, we propose a system operation and maintenance management framework based on the integration of ITIL and COBIT. ITIL provides a set of best practices for IT service management, while COBIT provides a framework for IT governance. By integrating these two frameworks, we aim to provide a comprehensive approach to system operation and maintenance management. The proposed framework includes five stages: planning and organization, delivery and support, monitoring and control, improvement, and governance. We also provide a case study to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed framework.
