Efficient Cooling System for Tm,Ho:YAG Crystal and LD Arrays using Water Cooling
A Tm,Ho:YAG crystal rod is housed within a glass tube and efficiently cooled by a water source maintained at a temperature of 12 ℃. To regulate the temperature of the LD arrays, deionized water is circulated through a bonded copper heat sink, with the temperature being kept at a steady 20 ℃. This system ensures optimal operating temperatures for both the crystal rod and LD arrays. Furthermore, two external water coolers are employed to ensure temperature accuracy within 0.2 ℃, contributing to the stable and reliable performance of the system.
