Wet Cargo Investigation: Insufficient Evidence to Determine Cause

Currently, there is not enough evidence to definitively determine the cause of the wet cargo. Although the warehouse keeper reported that the cargo was wet upon opening the containers, there is no supporting evidence, such as photos, to confirm that the wetness occurred during transportation. Additionally, no damage to the containers was noted during transport. Based on our observations of the cargo at the warehouse, it is possible that the cargo was already wet before being loaded into the container, or that water entered from the bottom floor during transportation or storage at the terminal. Therefore, we cannot rule out these possibilities as the cause of the wet cargo.
