Wet Cargo Investigation: Insufficient Evidence to Determine Cause

Currently, there is insufficient evidence to conclusively determine the cause of the wet cargo. While the warehouse keeper has reported that the cargo was wet upon opening the containers, there is no photographic evidence to support the claim that the wetness was caused by transportation. Furthermore, no damage to the containers was observed during transport. Based on our observations of the cargo at the warehouse, it is possible that the cargo was already wet prior to being loaded into the containers. Alternatively, water may have entered the containers from the bottom during transportation and storage at the terminal.
